Independent house on one level. The front access is directly at garden level and has a large enclosed basement parking, it is surrounded by a garden. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4. . The house has been entirely renovated in 2012, and equipped with new fixtures.

Kitchen equipped with induction hot plates, microwave oven, self clean oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, small electrical appliances, and kitchen utensils.

Living room / dinning room opening on a large terrace and onto the garden with a beautiful view on nature. The living room area owns a bookcase, with television, the dinning room has a round table .
3 bedrooms: Bedroom # 1 has 1 king size bed 180cm which is separable in 2 twin beds 90cm, there is a large closet .

Bedroom #2 and #3 both have a twin bed 90cm, a small desk and an armoire All the bedding is brand new.
